[ansi art is back in the spotlight] Just stumbled across [ANSI] futureland. today and it's got me all nostalgic for the old days. There's something about those 16-color palettes that just brings you right back to the early 90s, man.

The thread's been hopping with people sharing their own pieces or just admiring the work others have put up. One poster, [Zer0Byte], dropped a really trippy piece last night that caught my eye. It's this warped, glitchy interpretation of an old sci-fi poster.

I'm not sure if it was intentional or just happy accidents during creation, but either way, it's got me thinking about the line between art and error. The thing is, ansi art isn't just pretty pictures anymore. It's become a lens through which people are exploring all sorts of themes: retro-futurism, cyberpunk aesthetics, even political commentary. And that's what makes it so damn interesting to me.

You can't help but dive in and start riffing on your own ideas. So, I've been poking around my old folders and digging up some stuff from back when I was starting out. I'm not sure if anything's worth sharing, but I might post a few pieces just for fun.
