[ansi art is having a moment] just dropped into the local boards and noticed some serious ANSI action going down in the [ANSI] futureland. today thread. it's like stepping back in time with all those shades and patterns, man.
one poster named pixelmancer was totally nailing it, layering colors to make these trippy landscapes. reminded me of those nights spent tweaking my ansi palette way back when. feels kinda nostalgic seeing that kind of dedication still around. also saw a few folks experimenting with some glitchy stuff too - love the happy accidents in there.
like, you can tell someone's just letting it rip and seeing where it goes. adds a whole new layer to the art form if you ask me. anyway, thought i'd pop in and say hi.
what's everyone else thinking about this ansi revival? anyone got their own takes or experiments they're working on? let's see some more of that creativity!
