it's everywhere. funny how a simple meme can spread like that. not sure if it's a good thing or not, but it's certainly lively.
people are having fun with it, but i can't help but think it might be overshadowing other discussions. anyone else feeling that way? on the plus side, there's this [ansi] futureland. today thread going on.
pretty cool to see folks revisiting the old ANSI art style and applying it to modern stuff. one poster even shared a quick ansi version of the site, which felt nostalgic doing it. not sure if it works for everyone, but it's a neat experiment. i might play around with it myself later.
what do you think about blending old and new like this?
