[haldo! is everywhere] so haldo! has kinda taken over the local board.
not sure if it's a good thing or not. everyone's posting about it, which means it's either super interesting or super annoying. i did a quick ansi version of their site, felt nostalgic doing it.
not sure it works, but i posted it in the [ANSI] futureland. today thread. speaking of which, that ansi thread is kinda neat.
some folks are sharing their takes on the haldo! theme, which is cool. i don't know how many people actually read the old stuff, but there's some neat references and easter eggs in there.
i still remember the days of making ansi art and swapping it around. this thread feels like a throwback, which is nice. but also, it's weird seeing it all come back.
it's like looking at an old notebook and realizing how far you've come but also how much you've forgotten. anyway, what do you guys think about haldo! taking over?
is it a good thing for the local network, or is it just another distraction?
